Meditation course - Beginner
Do you feel stressed? Difficulty to relax? Curious about meditation? Would like to learn how to do it? Then this beginners course is for you!
This course if perfect for you who wishes to learn to meditate in order to handle both stress and to be more relaxed on a day-to-day basis.
You will be able to learn the basics of meditation and receive practical tips and inspiration to be able to get started and meditate in your everyday life. We will be doing simple and inspiring meditations which you can easily do at home in order to reduce stress and preserve a more balanced and positive mind in your day-to-day life. We will also look to how to learn to meditate in a simple way so we can easily integrate it in our modern, and busy lifestiles. There will be time for both questons and answers. The meditations we will be doing are from our book "Learn to Meditate - a step-by-step guide to achieve inner peace and wellbeing" which is included in the price, as well as a CD with a guided meditation.
The course is three hours; between 18:00-21:00 and cost 850 kr. Look in the calender to see which dates this course is booked for.
The courses are held in our facilities at Tallmätargatan 3 in Västerås
